How does smart prioritization work?

TaskSense uses a weighted scoring algorithm that evaluates each task across three dimensions: urgency, importance, and momentum. These factors combine into a single score, and your Focus list re-ranks in real time.

Does it work offline?

Yes. TaskSense is built with an offline-first architecture. All changes are stored locally and queued for sync. When you reconnect, everything synchronizes automatically.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. TaskSense is available natively on iOS (14+) and Android (10+), plus a fully responsive web app. All platforms share the same features.

Can I share lists with people?

Yes. TaskSense supports shared workspaces where you can invite team members, family, or collaborators. Everyone can view, create, assign, and complete tasks in real time.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings, then Privacy & Security, and select Export Data. This downloads a complete JSON archive of your tasks, lists, workspaces, and activity history.

Does it support recurring tasks?

Yes. TaskSense supports daily, weekly, monthly, and custom intervals. You can set recurrence through natural language input too.
